take out a restraining order on him before he gets out of jail. tell them you fear for your life. our talk to a lawyer and see if they can help . like if he hasnt signed the papers then get him served at jail. best of luck. and if you need to chat feel free to contact me.

If you can send him the divorce papers, you can also send him a message to say his stuff are right outside your door and he is welcome to pick it up at an appointed time.

Whatever he has done in the past or lied to you, make clear to him why you want a divorce now. Otherwise he will continue to hound on you.

Sorry to hear that you are going through a rough time now. Get a restraining order and if possible, move to a new location where he cannot find you. Start afresh.

Good luck!

How the hell could you have even talked to him, let alone marry him.

Get a Restraining Order against and call Police if he comes near you.

What to do with his belongings is not your problem. Have him pick them up at the Police department.

Now get a life!

okay does he have family in the area if so drop his stuff there and make it very clear to them that you no longer wish to correspond with him or communicate with him in any form and go and get a restraining order against him and buy yourself a mean dog . also put up no tresspassing signs on your property . You have to cover yourself and protect yourself as the police are of very little help in a sittuation like this (I learned the hard way.) I hope I helped . also no longer accept his phone calls. good luck and stay safe .

I'm afraid none but the police. And you have to get a 'Restraining Order' as soon as possible.
As for his things, you can leave them somewhere for him.
Keep yourself as away as possible. See a friend or a relative, or a neighbour whom you can find when in an emergency.

Please you have to tell both your children the truth about their father. You say you would die for them, do anything to protect them. then start with the truth. There is every chance that this vile man will want to see his children & knowing fine well that you will not allow this he may approach them in secret. As far as your children, your daughter in particular is concerned she loves & trusts this man. I'm guessing it wouldn't take much sway for her to meet her dad alone without your knowledge. Goodness only knows what might happen next, but it certainly does not bare thinking about. If something bad happens to them there is every chance that they may nott forgive you & you will never forgive yourself. Its not fair you should be punished anymore than you have been. Let your daughter read everything that you have written on here & the responses. Please seek help from the authorities, your church or a charity to get as far away from this evil man as possible. Do not tell your children where you are going & do it all as fast as you can. You have been given a chance to free yourself of this man, now take it & protect your angels like you said you wanted to. May god be with you.

Can't you give his clothes to one of his family members or one of his friends? Also, take the advice of others and get a restraining order.

Give him a notice by certified letter that he has 30 days to get his stuff or it will be thrown out or donated to charity. On day 31, it goes and you get rid of it and don't give it another thought.
