Its presumed Tony died as per his discussion with his Doc from season1 when he says "when you die it just goes black,nothing" and then with Bobby at the lake they said "I bet you dont even hear the gunshot when it happens and it just fades to black".. Tony died when that guy came out of the bathroom and the story ended from his eyes. As per the title, "Made in America", the fbi warned Tony of a person being flown over to whack him, and that man was the bathroom man, when he killed Tony he was "Made in America".

Phil L. and no one else... it sucked - it was the worst finale ever put on TV. It was typical of their decline over the last several seasons. Go watch the Shield and you'll never be disappointed again.
