The Democrats want to run the government. They have shown they will do or say anything to get that power. Being anti-Bush, anti-war gets them support from the left wing liberal loonies who dole out the campaign contributions.

What does Iran have to do with Terrorism in the USA.

That is why many Americans do not believe there is an actual war on terror.

Yes Terrorists are still at war with the USA. But, George Bush went all nill-willy and has redirected the US military to fighting in places that had nothing to do with the Terrorist Attacks on 9/11.

IRAQ HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH 9/11, same with Iran.

Afghanistan and Pakistan is were Al-qeada was. We invaded Iraq for no reason. Now, the innocent Iraqis are suffering through a civil war instigated by the USA and al-qeada (by coming to Iraq after the war started to fight the US) for nothing they actually did.

There is a war on terror. But, not in Iraq. And, Iran is no threat to the United States. Never has been, never will be. Iran does not want that beef.

The Democrats never actually stand for anything. They just want to get elected and will do whatever is popular at the moment to do it. Right now, for instance, they are being pressured to vote in September, no matter what, not to fund the troops because if they do not end the war they will lose Congress in the next election. They are not doing it because it is the right thing to do, they are doing it to gain votes, regardless of whether it is good or bad for the country and the world. History has shown that when a President goes against the popular opinion of the people, it is usually the right thing to do. The people are not always right.

How do you have a "War" on a feeling?

Do YOU understand, declaring war on something so nebulous just allows the war makers to term ANYTHING "terrifying" and therefore something to wage war on, whether there are legitimate reasons or not?

Will Stephen King's, Peter Straub's and Dean Koontz's books be outlawed for being "terror" books?

Will the President kill children who wake up at night from a terrifiying dream? No kid, no bad dream right?

Just like the so called "War on Drugs"- Drugs are bad, but US TV is full of ads telling you to take this drug or that one. Why hasnt THIS war been fought by Bush and company?

The War on Drugs has produced more American citizens behind bars, it has created another cumbersome government bureaucracy, whose operations and expenditures cost the US 3X more than the lost productivity from all the so-called "drug use".

Can we PLEASE hire someone with a BRAIN to run this country next? Someone who ISNT an actor or an idiot for a change? Repubs seem to only have actors and idiots to RUN, I know, but let's try.
