Okay, I need to either print one of my conversations from Windows Live messenger, but I don't know how to do it. Or, is there a way to download it and save it to a file so I can print it? I really need it printed because I had made an online purchase and chatted with the rep. about products via Live Messenger and now I need to dispute the charge because the items arrived to me defective. My CC company insists on having proof that I actually had this conversation, so I need to figure out how to print it.

Well, they do have a website and I was told to go on Windows Live messenger to discuss some of the details with a rep. Thankfully, I only spent $200....but still...it's just the idea of it. The payment was sent to a business name, which does appear on my CC statement. Oh, I have attempted many times to contact the company through both live chat as well as reg. e-mails to no avail. I do in fact have part of the conversation saved on my hard drive. (yay!) It's where I am clearly proclaiming my dissatisfaction with the merchandise and the seller told me that she would replace all defective items and send them free of charge once I order from here againn. (Yeah, right! Like THAT'S really gonna happen!) I told her there is no way I would be placing another order and then she began to ignore & avoid me. Grrr!!! Oh, this is also an overseas transaction, which complicates matters even more! However, I did use my Visa to pay, so maybe they will help me.

Also, let's just say this "rep" was some Joe-Blow, why wouldn't my CC company protect me? That sounds like fraud and I bought under the pretense that CC companies do protect against this type of purchase. I called them earlier and they are sending me the paper work to initiate a dispute. I'm not going down without a fight!
