pls can any one tell me the 5 blood test needed before going into marriage??inother to affiod barrenness and sickler children,pls i need to know

* Test for STDs (including HIV)
* Test for erethroblastosis fetalis (Rh incompatability)
* Sickle cell anemia
* Thalassaemia
* Test for genetic screeing for Cystic fibrosis (CFTR).

To avoid sickle cell anaemia (I hope that's what you mean) both you and your future spouse need to have a test for Haemoglobin S. I don't know which tests you can have to avoid "barrenness". Perhaps some hormone studies, such as Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Leutienising Hormone (LH), Testosterone. The future husband could have a sperm count to see if he is fertile. But I'm not sure what else.
