To "induce" is to 'cause to happen, an inducement is a reward, or incentive. To induce retailers to stock a product, an inducement would be some sort of reward or inducement. this could be a low cost for them to purchase the item wholesale, or offering free product for a trial period. If the 'Buyer' you were dealing with, represented a major sales outlet, you could offer promotional gimmicks, such as invitations to a product launch, or a free gift, etc. You get the drift. You give them something (an inducement) in order for them to do something which you want from them. The bigger the return which you expect the larger the inducement would likely have to be.

An inducement is a kind of bribe.
I worked for Gallo Wine Co. who couldn't offer inducements to buy to retailers under State Alcoholic Beverage Law.
Such inducements can include simple discounts for quantity purchases, others are common like sports events tickets. There was Red Baron Pizza who sold tons of frozen pizza by giving grocery buyers a biplane ride. Now, thats an inducement to buy.
Other common inducements are ballcaps, logo jackets, golf clubs, vacation packages and outright cash payoffs.
Hidden inducements to buy are increased ability to 'mix-and-match' brands/lines for quantity post-off discounts.

Inducement means to influence someones decision positively. This situation means how would you make someone buy/stock your Chocolate Chewy bar without misleading them and actually making them want to buy yours and not another similar product.
The key here is to put yourself in the retailers position and think of why you would want this one and not another one? costs? demand? flavour? supply?
hope this helps!
p.s If I was a retailer I would want a trial stock and see what it tastes like, help with promotion of the product, a good profit and guaranteed supply.

Neutralisation is the technique wherby the pH, a level of acidity (= unfavourable log of the concentration of H+ ions in mol / dm^3) is replaced to the quantity that it is going from being alkaline (pH selection above 7 - 14) to independent (pH 7) or from being acidic (pH selection below 7 to 0) to independent. This technique often takes place whilst an acid is added to an alkali, e.g. HCl + NaOH --> NaCl + H2O Water is often produced in neutralisation procedures. Its all approximately pH. that's genuinely the concentration of H+ ions. if it restores the H+:OH- ion concentrations to a million:a million (pH 7) then it neutralized it. The more advantageous the acid, the extra molecules disscoiate into H+ ions, so a smaller quantity is had to netralise a base whilst in comparison with a vulnerable acid e.g. ethanoic.
