Well, if I'm in a car and moving in a circle, I'd just stop, and use the door on the outside of the circle and step on out.
B/c if I used the door on the inside of the circle I'd still be IN the circle.
Hmmmm... wonder if a drunk person would be able to answer that question.

Threaten to people that you are getting motion sick. That circle will stop moving in no time.

Maybe pretend it's a traffic circle and go the direction of your choice north,south,east or............."GO WEST YOUNG MAN"...........because obviously living where your at it not even near a straight path. Mathematically speaking ..............." THE SHORTEST DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO POINTS IS A STRAIGHT LINE". Also known as 180 degrees. So stop doing 360's and "STRAIGHTEN " yourself out my friend. Everyone does this - most aren't aware of it.
Getting out? You know yourself (learned ego) by your "fruits." Look at the pattern in the experience of reality. Know it comes from subconscious beliefs or unconscious imprints. Find the origin. Reframe the "cause" in the light of reason to stop the circularity. (I didn't say it was easy, only necessary)
