Breastfeeding is natural and there is nothing wrong with feeding your baby in public, but should be done discreetly. She should have draped herself with a blanket.

Breastfeeding is definitely the best way to go for a new baby, since the mother's milk contains many enzymes to help ward off certain infections, etc. However, there are places where "open" breastfeeding is not acceptable without a "nursing blanket". I think the woman in the picture should have a nursing blanket and not be so blatantly open! Other than that, I say..."Go for it.!"

Its natural and people have to get over it. She is feeding her daughter explain to me what is wrong with that? As for those that have said she needs to cover up... I am sure she didn't intend that picture to be taken, I bet the paparazzi were taking shots every second until they finally got one when the baby moved her head back.
