Contact your Realtor & ask what feedback has been given regarding the property. You may also consider having your home "staged" - this is where it's dressed up a touch & depersonalized for potential buyers.

The final thing you need to consider is what the real estate market in your area is doing. Are houses turning as quickly as they are listed? Or are they lingering on the market for months?

Please be sure to express your concerns to your Realtor. Part of their job is to be there to answer your questions & offer suggestions for how to get the property sold.

Good luck!

Why isn't it selling? Your agent should be providing you feedback on what people are saying.
