my period last month is really of a little amount and on the first three days there were only little amount just like stains but theyre brown. on the fourth just there comes the real red blood, what are those? and im 15, i just started my period when i was 13. and what is spot bleeding(just curious)?

The red blood you noticed is new blood and that is normal. With my periods I would notice for the first day or two that I would have light bleeding (often brown which is old blood) and then have the red bleeding for about 2 days (days 3 and 4 in my period) and then the last two (which would be days 5 and 6) it would be lighter again and then the last day (which would be day 7) the period was gone until the next month.
Spot bleeding also called spotting is a type of bleeding that can occur when a young girl is starting to go thru changes to let it be known that the period is coming. It can also be a side effect in relation to medications that are hormone related that older women take such as for treating medical conditions.
