i started with 133 points now i have 129 what makes the points go down

You have to answer and help out to gain more points and not be mean just to ask them!
If you help you get 2 points but if you don't then you lose 5 points fair game! If you help and you ask for it its like +2 and -5 so a net of 3 is lost!

i lost some when i got a violation it sucks
also you get 1 point if you vote best answer for you own question is sounds a bit big headed but thats the only way you get to another level good luck
