Do you think that anyone has the ability to take a Medicine or Engineering degree?

Assuming that grades were no object, and anyone could be admitted to such programs, do you think that any or most average people could conclude them successfully?

(I ask this because in my country, unlike others, it is easy to be placed in an engineering program...)

Any one can earn a degree by just paying for a seat, but cannot be professional with out the right talent.*
