Here is the web address for DIY Network's jewelry making page. They even have videos on the site that you can watch plus lots of tips and etc. Hope this helps.

If you have cable, watch DIY on 133 or channel 49They have all kinds of stuff and once you see how the jewelry is made. You'll see that you can do it.If you don't have cable go to the library and get some books.Oh by the way jewelry is only on at certain times,I watched one that showed you how to make your own beads. They have a web site,I forget what it's called maybe DIY jewelry.Good Luck.

It depends on the kind of jewelry you want to make.
If it is bead-work that attracts you, there are heaps of sites and kits for you to start with.
But if you want to work with gold and precious stones it might be better to take a course with a teacher, because of the cost of the materials involved.
Search Internet for the kind of work you want to do, as there are many different sites as well as teachers and courses around.

Nope, it isn't difficult to learn at all. You need to just want to be creative. I make jewellery, mostly self taught by reading books & figuring out my own way to put it all together. Go to your local library & see what books they have to offer to get you started. Most books will tell you what you need to get started working on projects.

You can find many jewelry making sites online, but it works better if you spell it correctly. I have provided some search lists for you.
