have a theme party, like a Roaring Twenties night. Every one has to dress up as a character from that time, then go out. Visit some clubs, some restaurants (not just one, coz you can eat each course at a different place). Or book out a place, dress it up like an old theatre, even play old 20's movies and have a have a huge cake fight (like the Bugsy Malone movie).
Anyway, that's my 20cents worth.

On your 20th Bday, u should drink 20 shots of your favorite hard alcohol over the 24 hours. Thats 2 nights and an afternoon, so plan to have a fun and crazy night with your friends of course. Pretty much anything you do will become fun if you take the birthday challenge. More fun if you go to a club or throw a fat party yourself.
