We are going to be in Tripoli most of the time (where Im from), but my friend, who is visiting Greece for the first time wants to go see some sites, (Which I dont care much to do because Ive seen them already), so where are some places we can go to see some cool things? We are going to Mykonos and Paros, and obviously will go to the Parthenon and such in Athens, but outside of that, where should I take her? Going in late July/early August.

Hello dear!
THus, you will be the Ambassador of Greece to your friend!
You can drive to all archaeological and interesting sites in Peloponesse. Also, you can visit Athens (Acropolis, Museums, ...)
Don't miss to visit Delphi.
If you can visit some island, depending on your time, you can go either to Cythera, Poros, Zakynthos, Lefkada, etc., which are close
Also, it would be exciting for him to get to Crete or Rhodes, or Thera!
Enjoy!

It is normal for your friend is going to see something more than Tripoli. Other than Athens and the islands Mykonos and Paros, the only thing I can suggest is a 1 day cruise to Aegina, Poros and Hydra, and possibly a day excursion in Athens which is a lot less tiring than running around on your own in the heat.

If you feel like a trek - Olympia - Archeological site with the houses of the mythological gods and the first Olympic Stadium. It's just a dusty field with a stone arch gate - but still worthy if your friend's into that sort of thing b/c there is a nice museum.
If they're into geology - there are lots of caves in Greece with stalagmite formations.

Mykynes (Mycenae) is nearby (Early August they have their city's festival) - Archeological site

Nafplio (former capital) has a beautiful castle - you can climb about 1000 steps to get up there - In the Nafplio port is the mini-island (historic military look-out) called The Bourtzi.
Hmm...also you should do a tour of Hydra and Spetzes. Those islands are closer to the mainland and you take tour them and be back in one day.

We vacationed in Greece last year for a week. Of all the courntries we've been to, Greece had the best food and the friendliest people. Those are the things to show off.

But also, we stayed in Tolo (not sure if that's an English name or the Greek name) for a few days and swimming in the sea was a highlight. We don't have water that clear and blue in the states.

You can go on day trips from Tripoli, like
Nafplio, Epidavros and Mycenae.
Or Sparta and Mistras, and continue to the castle of Monemvasia and stay there for a day, she will enjoy it very much.
Also Spetses or Hydra or Egina can be visited from the Peloponnese.
