Start by complainig to 'webmaster@ .....' and 'abuse@ ... ' whatever the Reply To: address as.

It's is worth doing for this type of scum, because the 'Reply' address has to be valid if they are to succeed in scamming anyone .. however MOST junk emails have FAKE 'Reply' addresses (the fake Reply address could even be someone the scammer wants you to start a 'war' with ...)


View the Headers and find out which Server originated the email. Do a 'who is' look up on the Server and get it's DNS entries to discover the ISP (Authority) - then Email a complaint to the "abuse" address given for that ISP.

There are so many of these scammers now that they are not worth reporting. Just mark the email "Scam" and leave it to Yahoo.

But why are your winnings so low? I win at least £20 million every day.

i,ve had 2 e.mails this week i,ve replied back in anger ! and also threatened them with police . not heard anything back hopefully they got the message ! one was from Africa and the other the states .also one was male and the other female.tell them to s*@off .

Not sure anybody is really interested.It is so obviously a scam that the authorities don't feel anybody will be fool enough to respond.
