have you seen this film on babysitter(suspense thriller)?

hi!
I saw a film where the parents leave their 2 kids with the baby sitter at night. The house is a duplex. She puts them to bed at the 1st floor. A knock happens on the door, a stranger says his car had broken down and he wanted to make a call.. she dsn't allow him and from inside asks him the number of the "car help".. she picks the phone to dial and discovers that it was dead. She pretends to dial and tells him that the help is on its way.. after a while there is silence. She decides to go up to check the kids..they had vanished.. cops arrive.. they arrest her.. after few years they still are into solving the mystery..
I saw this on star movies, it was an english film..i saw it half and i am dying to know the name so that i can see the film.. please tell me if you know it.

It's "When a Stranger Calls Back". (1993) It's a sequel to the original When A Stranger Calls (1979)

I think it's called "When a Stranger Calls",but I could be wrong.Or maybe it's called "He knows You're Alone",can't remember,hope this helps.
