Did you think that a friend ship between man and woman can work, and the sex ideas or actions can stay away?

I dont think so, it always ends up in disaster, with one falling in love with the other or one night stands, Man & Woman Friendship dont ever work if there is just one man and woman in the friendship, but add a few more each and then it will be safe.

I dont think so at least with younger people. By younger, I mean people up to about age 50 or so. I think the daily "sexual tension" of working together and having this work in common or common goals, can make the relationship go sexual.

This isn't 100 percent a sure thing. I just think common shared goals and problems of work can make you believe you have more in common and an affair ensues.

If this happens, the work environment will also suffer . That is assuming you are not married to someone else in which case, that will suffer also.

Once you get into mid 50's maybe that would work but mostly because you sex drive may have wound down a little.

ofcourse friendship between men and women can be maintained. But it doesn't mean that they won't talk about sex coz as we know that it is with friends with whom we can share with. We select friends based on the similar character and they will talk on matters on which they are interested and if they are interested to talk about sex, it will be left to them. It will depend upon personalities of each individuals.
Take the cases of our parents they are having a lot of friends in both sex, but still now they are maintaining their friendship, so it says all...what they speak doesn't matter, it will all depend upon their character.
