I had a huge crush on a girl that I never saw in the halls the whole semester before the prom so I didn't ask her!! I also had too much home work to do!! My family was in financial hardship at the time. There was a girl who seemed to like me but I have a dating rule "never go out with cheerleaders"!! Now I wish that I would've said screw you to school and just went!!

I did go to my 8th grade prom..Next year is my Junior prom and I don't think I'm going. I'm very picky about dresses and my 8th grade year I had to get it especially made for me...It was sort of fun but I don't like dancing! We have to pay $70 for our prom and some people say it would be a waste to go there and not dance..So I'm not sure if I should go or not! Still debating..

I wasn't dating anyone at that point and wasn't going to spend that kind of cash just to be there. I went golfing on the days of prom and post-prom.

I hated the whole idea of prom- the thought of high school summed up into one evening.... conformity and a bunch of a*s kissing teenie boppers trying to get into each others undies. BLEH!

I never went to my prom, because we never had one. I went to a small, private school and we had a banquet, instead of a prom. I went, but looking back, I wish I didn't go.

I graduated in 2003! and I went to prom 10th-12th grade.. Im sooo over proms..lol ;)

I dropped out of high school when I was 15.And proms aren't big here in Canada like they are in other countries.
