Going round to my sons home, he is back from a month in Vancouver today ,and I missed him.Then to library to change my books and an afternoon reading in the garden ----if I can keep off answers.

Started the day off with taking the Hay Wagon to the Welder to repair ...
Went to the Grocery Store for food
Went to the Hardware Store for parts
Picked up the Hay Wagon from the Welder
Drove it BACK to the Farm and placed it in the field
Checked linch pins in the Trailers/hitches
Going to do laundry
Getting some photos edited from a nephew's wedding (I took them)
THEN ...
Most of the Afternoon I'll be one of the folks out there in the field with the baling of the HAY for the Horses on the Farm!
First cutting of the year ... FIRST batch of bales!
Oh, how sore we all will be tonite!

Filling out the curious paperwork for my Chinese visa. Spend a few hours trying to remember which bag I last had my passport in (which bag did I take to which country, and where the hell WAS I a few weeks ago????) Laughing at my photo-booth passport sized pics I'm submitting for the visa. Hoping they'll let me in regardless of looking like Wilhelmina from Ugly Betty after she got beaten up by her secretary.
The rest of the day will be spent (should I find my passport before nightfall...) searching for little boudoir slippers that AREN"T ridiculous, cheap or tawdry looking on the internet.

Not working but have plenty to do. Getting garden sorted and car cleaned and vital items in place ready for the start of my holiday on Wednesday. Going to France and Switzerland for 3 weeks.
Later today I will be playing tennis for a couple of hours so a pretty full day in all. Hope you to are similarly going to have a nice day, doing what you want to do and perhaps looking forward to your own holidays.
