The last 7 QBs who have started for Michigan have been on an NFL roster, at least as a #3 QB. Elvis Grbac, Todd Collins, Brian Griese, Scott Dreisbach (#3 his senior year behind Brady and Henson, was the Raiders #3 QB for a couple years) Tom Brady, Drew Henson, and John Navarre. Barring a major injury, Henne is next, and incoming Freshman Ryan Mallet should make it to the NFL if he lives up to his potential. That's straight 7 past QBs who have played in the NFL plus two current ones who should/could make it. Grbac, Collins, Bray, and Griese were all starters. Can you say QB U?

LSU had the most Qb's Drafted in from 2007-1990. Here is the rest.

LSU- 7
Washington- 7
Michigan- 6
Florida State- 6
California- 6
Oregon- 6
Tennessee- 5
Ohio State- 4
Miam- 4
Georgia- 4
Louisville- 4

However Michigan probably had the best.
Michigan has had some good quarterbacks to play in the NFL. Elvis Grbac was drafted in 1993. He was solid quarterback and never got the respect he deserved. The next quarterback was drafted was Todd Collins. He only started one year with the Buffalo Bills. He was a backup for most of his career. Brian Griese was the next one. He had some very good seasons with the Broncos. Tom Brady was drafted in 2000 and when his career ends he may be one of the best quarterbacks of all time. Drew Henson in 2003 who was a disappointment in the NFL. In 2004 John Navarre is a very good young quarterback however he may never get the chance he deserves.

I myself, am a big Wisconsin Badgers fan, but can't deny that ever growing Michigan presence. Miami(Fla) had some good QB's from the early 80's through the 90's. Jim Kelley, Vinny Testaverde, Gino Torretta and Ken Dorsey to name a few, but even this hardly touches Michigan. Personally, as a Packers fan, I would like nothing better than to see John Navarre go to Green Bay. He's a smart quarterback with all the tools to become great. At Arizona, I am actually scared that he will grow old and die waiting to replace Matt Leinart. Love the Badgers, but can't deny that Michigan is a class act. That is, if you throw out that third-and-long pass Michigan threw into the end zone with little time left, and Michigan up by 14 over Wisconsin last year.

Uh....only Grbac and Brady are/were worth a dime. Can you say "overrated like Michigan"?
