Zn(s)+H2SO4(aq)= ZnSO4(aq)+H2(g)
H3C6H5O7(aq)+NaHCO3(aq)= NaH2C6H5O7(aq)+CO2(g)+H2O(l)
Mg(OH)2(s)+2HCl(aq)= MgCl2(aq)+2H2O(l)
CaCO3(s)+heat= CaO(s)+CO2(g)
HOCl(aq)+NaOH(aq)= NaOCl(aq)+H2O(l)

Milk of Mgnesia + gastric acid
Mg(OH)2 + 2HCl ---> 2H2O +MgCl2

Heating chalk (we call this Calcination)
CaCO3 ---> CaO + CO2

lemon juice + baking soda
NaHCO3 + R-COOH → R-COO-Na + H2O + CO2
R is an organic radicle (alkyl most probably) R-COOH may be citric acid...
