yes I have seen such people just this Saturday on the train one girl was swearing and talking about sex and sexually transmitted diseases and making fun of people she didn't know. I just stared at her like what is your problem.

I don't know this person personally, but he is the one that changes his avatar ( and sex ) every night to ask asinine 'naked' questions. He/she seems to me to be a person with a problem.
