I prefer the Dangerously in Love Beyonce because she seemed much more upbeat and into the album because it was her first solo effort. Also, her romance with Jay-Z was pretty newborn, and translated into her work so much more smoothly. The B'Day Beyonce seems to have been effected a lot by the media over the past few years, as well as her comfort with her style of singing, which seems to have made her avoid taking any more risks. Her singing style in all her songs, if not most, seems the same to me and it bothers me how she completed this album in such a short amount of time. Dreamgirls also must've had an effect on her. Hopefully she'll return to her "old self" and realize that is a Beyonce that all had liked since the start.

Isn't a "B'Day" (bidet) a french toilet? Or am I thinking of the word for a pony that You ride? Either way it is now a good title for an album. Think of all those toilet jokes......."Her career has gone down the 'B'Day'", etc.
