I got 196.25 cutoff.I'm an SC candidate.Can I get admission in PSG(mechanical) / MIT(aeronautical)?

I'm interested in studying aeronautical engineering MIT(chennai) and my second option is studying mechanical engineering in PSG engineeering college(coimbatore).I'm an SC candidate also.My engineering cutoff is 196.25.Can you please say whether it is possible to get it please.I'm really awaiting for your result.Please...

aeronautical, possible: mech, may be more difficult!
