Money that could ONLY be spent on someone else who needs it. Everyone should learn how it feels to be able to give back.
Or, maybe ME ... I think it would be fun if I could be "rained."
Edit: I definitely wouldn't want it to rain just "money" because that means that money would depreciate in value and the cost of everything would go up even more because people had more access to money (through the rain)... but not everyone gets rain where they live, so those poor souls would have to pay more to get things even though they don't have more money to start out with.

Hmmm... that's a good one! Well, if not money or love... I would like it to rain some lovely flowers: roses (without the thorns quite of course), tulips, orchids, and water lilies! OH man... talk about a photographic opportunity! I'd get two my cameras (my Canon K2 Rebel with both my 28-90mm lens and 75-300mm lens... and my Kodak Z612 digicam), my baby Bogen tripod and take some absolutely phenomenal images with raindrops upon them every so gently. Oh boy... talk about having some fun! My goodness! After taking a few dozen shots I'd take the best and most colorful assortment and put them into my solitary apartment to have some floral sunshine coming though. Ahhhh yeahhh! Sweet... hey thanks!
