Hiya Abby Normal REPRISE. Mint is a very strong herb that does not go well with most foods. Mint jelly is great with lamb, mint in tea is fine, mint in chocolate dishes adds a whole new flavor to a great tasting food item; but mint and spaghetti, why bother cooking it, just throw it into the trash and save you the trouble and time; Funky maybe, but terrible yes. Maybe a rack of lamb with mint jelly and a side of buttered spaghetti may work, but not alone...spaghetti and mint, it doesn't even sound right. Good luck though. WOW!
