BUFFET!!!...especially at a Chinese restaurant. Lo mein, crab rangoon, rice, chicken wings, I love it all.

Most buffets that I have been to offer a salad bar with various kinds of salads. Normally you don't have to choose. I prefer variety. Man can not live by croutons alone.

Salad bar. Buffets tend to be really heavy on carbs, I have to limit mine because of the diabetes.
I do veggies and green salads, a little bit of fruit salad. If there's meat, a little bit of that, unless it's greasy.

I like buffet, because I have a weird diet and I can pick and choose what I can and can't eat. Also, most buffets have salad on them anyway. I pick lots of vegetables, lean meats, fruits, and small amts of forbidden stuff!

Buffet!!! Seafood are my favourite! It provides iodine to prevent from one from suffering goitre. But, the main reason I chose buffet over salad bar is because my appetite wants them! Haha... But I will advice you guys to eat more greens. Hmm...I guess is time for me to do so too!

Buffet because there's more food and more to choose from. I pile my plate with everything.

Yes and they have signs saying childrenunder a certain age need to be served by an adult. Ill be darned if I go to one and see an underaged kid sneezing near the salad bar or licking a spoon.

I'm sorry, I just can't bring myself to enjoy either. Even the ones in Vegas. There is just too many chances of people dipping their filthy hands in the food. I'm paranoid, I know.
