if you are talking about a past relationship and you can't get over it well that is a big struggle i find myself smoking cigs and weed like i was breathing it air anything to attempt to get my mind off of the girl but i could feel it in my chest whenever i got down by it like either a chill or like it felt like my heart was expanding

Just before I met my one and only ture love, I did have that.
Sadly it turned out only to be a crush and when I moved away the crush died of its own accord.
