Can anyone tell me whick bank or credit unions offer the best Online Savings account? In terms of interests, customer service, use of the internet banking etc
I currently have BankWest Telenet and am very disppointed. I cancelled the direct credit and they still tranferred money from my ANZ Bank. When I called the customer service, they had no ideas !!
Any comments or suggestions welcome

Try a different one. I like ING-Direct... -but that's MY preference. There are others that might be equally as good. And TELL THE WORLD- about your bad experience with BankWest. -There's NO EXCUSE for lousy customer service from an Internet Bank. NONE!!!

I'm with Jo. I have used ING and never had a single problem.
