Craigslist will have many job listings as well, but the companies that post on Craigslist tend (in general, not in all cases) to be smaller firms and lower paying jobs. Monster and careerbuilders are focused on professional jobs and careers.

Whatever you do don't use Monster or any other online job search. Most companies that will contact you will be temp agenices. You would be better off using your local paper online and applying for jobs there.
