The closes translation I could come across in the dictionary is that "juego" is similar to "play," or "sports"; and "vida" means "life"; "la"="the"; "de"="from, of".
Sooooooo, I'm GUESSING that "el juego de la vida" means "the playing (of) the game of life". That sounds sort of like my favorite soap opera--"One Life To Live."
