Okay, so you hear guys saying that "personality is what matters", but then they are with these gorgeous girls who have a vocabulary of 7 year old and are about as fun as a dentist visit. I want all guys to answer these questions....
Which comes first, personality or looks?
Would you date a girl you have nothing in common with because she's attractive?
Would you not date a totally fun girl because she's not that pretty?
Just curious...please oblige me. Honest answers only!

Two women are walking down the street. One is very pretty and has a great shape. The other is plain. As a guy, my eyes would be attracted to the pretty one. In this case looks come first.
I'm in the grocery store checking out the produce and a plain looking woman comes up beside me and strikes up a conversation about the eggplant. She's pleasant and gives me some pointers on how to know and pick fresh produce.
One thing leads to another and I'm giving her my recipe for eggplant parmesan and she's giving me her telephone number. In this case for me her personality won me over.
Although great looks make for a good 1st impression, a plain looking woman makes up for it with a sweet personality and smarts. LIke the song lyrics go..
"If you want to be happy for the rest of your life get an ugly girl to be your wife. For my personal point of view, get an ugly girl to marry you"

Truthfully I think personality is huge. There have been times that I was really attracted to a woman because of her personality. For example there is a woman at my job. Most of the guys think she's ugly, some say she has a big nose, a little too much weight etc. I have gotten to know her and she is so fun. I even find myself attracted to her. I asked her if she wanted to go lunch and she thought I was kidding. I told her I thought she was fun and I wanted to know more about her. We had a lot in common and we had a great time. I have also gone out with women who are very attractive and don't have half the personality of the woman I work with. I would go out with her again in a heart beat over any of those others.

Well usually u see the girl first(looks), then u get to know her(personality). Overally guys are looking for both and they look really hot and have a personality then its a great person u want to be with. If guys date a really hot girls but bad personality they might just want to get in their pants.

To be totally honestly with u i cant stand stupid girls a girl has to have more to offer to me than her pretty look if we cant have a normal conversation with out her mentioning something stupid like what she watches on tv or what she likes to eat when shes hungry every two seconds then were not gonna work ill take a girl with an average i.q who doesn't look like a model out of a magazine any day than a stupid girl any day .

very first, id say looks... because u r attracted to someone, and want to talk to them because of the way they look for the most part (with the exception of few... for example... i talked to my girlfriend 4 months b4 we even saw face to face... so i know it was for her personality)
everybody says they want a girl or guy for personality... which is true to a certain point... if ur not physically attracted to someone, then u will eventually break-up or just be friends....
im just glad my girlfriend is sexay, and has a great personality!!!!!!

Guys who are younger only go after looks... when you get into your 20's and 30's, personality and values matter much more. Gorgeous women can be ugly inside, and I don't care for the inside ugliness.

thats when a man is looking for a serious relationship, if he's just looking for an easy lay, then he'll go for the bimbos, and the easiest ones too. the less effort the better, and if you have to court someone around you're level of intelligence, it'll be harder.

looks, guys focus on looks and girls focus on personality thats just how it is. but some guys like to lie about the personality stuff even though it matters somewhat just to get the girls to like them. but when it comes down to it. if your hot your personality doesnt matter unless its really shitty. or if your ugly its doesnt matter if your the coolest person on earth.
ps im not trying to ruin anyones confidence if their ugly...
