get orginized, highlight and underline, write the notes over and over to get them into your head, dont study the day before onle study a few times before!!

It depends on how well you actually know the material. If the final is comprehensive - I would go overall of my notes and just try to remember everything. I have also had finals where we were just tested on the material we had covered ) not old material.) In either case - just find somewhere where you can concentrate and there are very few or no distractions. But for some people, they have to have noice in the background and they just tend to block out that noise.

Take it easy and don't sweat it. Worrying too much leads to poor grades. I'm not saying don't study because that won't help either, just don't overwhelm yourself with stuff that you must study.
