Every body tries to do better and try to help the asker in their opinion whether in greed of choosing as a best answer so they do but it mostly depends How tough or easy question is ,so percentage varies from question to question

Depends on how well the question is written and the thought that went into it. Ask a deep ? - 90% you'll get a deep answer.
