Be creative with this one...graphic if need be. Judas Damon needs no sympathy!

I think playing for this years Yankees team and being tied with the Devil Rays at one point is a good start. Damon should have to throw out the first pitch of all the World Series games this year when the Red Sox are playing whoever they play with a tee shirt on that says "#1 Red Sox fan and Yankees suck!". And when he does we should get the catcher to stand 15 feet closer to compensate for Damon's lack of an arm!

You said it yourself, it's been two seasons. Isn't it time you got over it and got a life? It's only a game. Only a Red Sox fan would want "graphic" stuff here. Perhaps you are a little nervous that Damon is hitting well and the Yankees have knocked five games off the Red Sox lead.

As for the Red Sox fans who criticize the Yankees payroll, you are all hypocrites. The Red Sox are second, and according to Dan Shaughnessy of the Boston Globe (and author of "The Curse of the Bambino), the Red Sox payroll is "only" $145 million, well ahead of the third place team. Look at your own team before you talk payroll. BTW, the Yankees have many huge contracts expiring over the next two years,Giambi, Mussina, Abreu, Clemens, Pettitte, Posada, and Rivera, are among them. Not all of those guys will be brought back, and those that are, will be signed for much less. Also, who purchased the rights to, then signed an unproven Japanese pitcher for a combined sum of $103 MILLION last offseason? I believe it was those thrifty Red Sox.

Without Damon, the Sox wouldnt have won the World Series in 2004

Be more angry at Clemens, not someone who helped get the thing Sox fans most desired

If the Red Sox win the World Series this year and the Yankees don't make the playoffs, or are eliminated in ALDS by the Angels, that would be punishment enough.

He'll be punished enough in the embarrassment of being one of those overpaid players on that billion dollar payroll that can win a World Series. Red Sox will win it, and the overpaid Yanks will be sitting at home.

You should be angry at the Red Sox front office...he wanted to go back but not for their low-ball price...once he realized they were going to give him coco crisp money he realized the Yankees wanted him more.

Treading water with the 2007 Yankees is sufficient.

Punishment? Hah. Thats funny... Leave him alone. Part of baseball is trading players..you don't go to prision for going to play for the rival team after you played for their rival.

His punishment was going to the Yankees.

Why should any player be punished for leaving? That's what players do. They come and go.
