I love all of your name choices... I REALLY like Kaydance... SUPER CUTE! And your daughter can have a meaningful first name... we all know that middle names aren't used that much... give your little girl the "powerful woman" you (and every other woman) find in your mother... give her a strong name that let's her hear of someone who loves her... each time she hears her name! Good luck picking a name... it's so fun!

You've picked some pretty good ones, my favorites are Kayla, Kaylee and Kaylin (Spelled either Kalyn or Kailyn). Also, Kaycie (or whatever spelled) and Kaya (not really that 'Kay' sound, though) are good. Good Luck!

Why don't you just use Kay as a middle name? Those names are nice but some are very common. Use just her name either first or second.

Mostly any name that begins with the letter "K" will work. Or any of the "Kate" names. You could use Kay as a nickname for any of the following:
Katerina/Katarina
Katelyn
Kathleen
Katrina
Kaytrin (pronounced Kay-trinn)
Katrielle/Katriel
Kaylia
Katalina
Katia
Kathrina
