You are joking, aren't You? Australia is the most cosmopolitan nation on the planet. We have more ethnic groups and culturally diverse social communities living here than in any other country (including U.S. of A.).
Most U.S. Magazines can be purchased here over the counter at the major newsagents.

Go to a city news stand in you town and buy one.they should have them.

I can't say for sure, but if my Australian friend had to guess he'd say no, that they wouldn't. But again, I'm not positive.
