OK... so what if it "accidentally" slipped out of my hands and landed in another receivers (further down the field) hands and they caught it

OH... so if it's a forward lateral does it count as a catch for me? or is it incomplete because i dont think they can call a forward pass if i dont have control of the ball..

If the first "receiver" is AIRBORNE when he tips the ball forward, he MIGHT get away with it. If his feet are on the ground, it's obviously an illegal forward pass, as a team is only allowed ONE legal forward pass per down from BEHIND the line of scrimmage.

Punching or tipping the ball forward is illegal, unless all the tippers/passers are STILL BEHIND THE NEUTRAL ZONE. If not, it's a ten yard penalty and loss of down spotted at the infraction site. Rule courtesy of the United States Flag Football Association (USFFA), an authority on six-man/woman all-eligible flag football.

If he punches the ball or tips it yes, but if he has possession or any control over the football it should be considered a forward lateral.

No, only lateral or reverse passes are allowed, not forward passes.

That would not be legal. If the reciever would tip it sideways or backwords that would be ok though. you cannot do that in the NFL either though.
