I'm just looking for pity. You know what they say... misery loves company. I'm not gonna give you the whole sob story but to sum it all up - had a great day with hubby and kids, looking forward to topping it off with a lovely evening, hubby failed to deliver. End of story...

Oh go ahead and whine. Sometimes it is really hard when we have these expectations of our partner and then they crawl off to read or watch Late Night. We miss those days when they couldn't wait to grab us and take us off to bed.
But remember, he is probably not part of the Psychic friends network, next great day, snuggle up grab an ear or a bun, squeeze and say "I will thank you for this great family day tonight"
Hey and there is always the morning.......wake up and shower shampoo and shave and start the day the way you wanted to end it.

So, you depend on your hubby to provide you with your happiness? Sorry, happiness comes from within. You had a great day with your family, why can't you simply take that for what it was, instead of whining about what didn't happen? If you wanted sex, then why don't you just go up to him, and start? That usually works for my hubby unless he's hunched over the toilet, vomiting.

Do something to make yourself happy, rather than looking for a pity party. Sorry, no sympathy from this quarter for you...

Failed to deliver as in sex? Well, there's probably a good reason. The only thing that will keep my husband from it is if he's feeling ill. VERY ill. Perhaps the great day wore your guy out. Talk to him about it! Then jump his bones!

It's normal to not be in the mood at the same time. He's probably just tired from all of the fun. He could however surprize you in the middle of the night, maybe with a little help.

erm well he's human, and sometimes the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. You had a great day, be grateful for that, and why not try and seduce him tonight, last night was not the last night on Earth.

Most of your day was good. Did you ask, by the way, or is he a mind reader? Remember the words to that lovely Christmas song: there's always tomorrow. . . .

Why don't you look on the bright side. You said it was a great day. So what's the problem?

Well, you were there too, so maybe you could have done more to make it happen. Don't rely on just someone else for your happiness, you need to be involved, positive, and proactive.
