I assume you're talking about the t.a.t.u. song reference. "Malchik gay" literally means "gay boy". Lolz...I remember my friend (who is Russian) brought the CD over to my house a few years ago, and we were listening to that song. I asked the same question about what that meant, and she told me. Also, I don't know if you've ever read A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, but he uses the word "malchik", meaning "boy"...just a little trivia. K, hope that helped. :)

"Malchik gay" means "gay boy". "Malchik" is the part that means "boy" and, that said, it's pretty obvious that "gay" means "gay" even in Russian.
