Does the female plant grow upright, or does it grow slightly to the side? (Cannabis)?

they dont look at all different until they flower.
the female is more stocky than the mail,but until they flower theres no tell tell signs.
if your concerned and you want to test the plant mask off a lower branch and keep it in the dark.. this will rush sexing and you'll get the answers..

It depends really on how its grown. Like where it's at. Outside or inside? Has it been topped? Does it have any support? Small space or big space? Strain? A lot of things play a part in that. What matters is whether it has the little football shaped pouches in the nodes. If it has those they are male.
