Pools have chlorine- that's a good thing. The fish always bite my toes in lakes and streams.

I'd rather swim in the pool. I'm a swimmer and I hate snakes. I was canoing once and a water moccasin swam right up to the canoe. That's probably going to be the last time I ever go out on the lake.

Lakes and streams are nice, but I like my Pool. At my age, you want some privacy, and my pool faces the woods. (smile)

I swam in a small lake once (not including Lake Michigan which feels like a small beach). I didn't like it because I was afraid a fish would bite me and I could feel algae on my feet.

I love the pool.
I really love going to my neighbors pool then jumping in his hot tub after to warm up again.
Just did that today, the pool water was 70 and the air outside was about 75. but it felt great!!

My pool. I don't like to be around strangers. I get sick easily and would rather be in my own pool any day.

My own pool. I can see what is in there, there's no fishing hooks either, plus my pool is clean and clear.
