well you love cute and fuzzy animals, so I cant expect u to like good Hip Hop music.. the fact you call ur friend horrible because he loves rap, makes you a loser.... Rap isn't sexist or stupid, it's truthful.... you obviously are either a kid or don't know anything about rap.... I mean really, Common, Nas, Mos Def, and Outkast make some of the best music ever in ANY genre, but have you even listened to them??????????

Before you throw the rap and hip hop genre into a category in which you believe all rap music is stupid ans sexist, you have to listen to all rap music. Listen to Common, Talib Kweli, Nas, Dead Prez, Mos Def, and Kanye West. If you actually listen you will hear that, not all rap music is the same. Country, Rock, Metal, Pop, and Techno all feature songs that brag about finacial status, cars, girls, and power. Dont Be Close Minded. I listen to all types of music and every genre has its flaws

Not all rap is as sexist and materialistic as what you described. You just have to go away from the mainstream garbage polluting the airwaves now.
Try Common or one of my favorite groups, The Procussions.
You may not have the same close-minded view.
Most music nowadays is as pointless as ever. From wannabe rocker girls and emo boys to rappers flashing bling all in our faces, music in general has gone downhill, not just rap.

I comprehend your question nicely adequate, yet your diatribe is often incoherent gibberish. the sole be conscious I know which you employ plenty is the final call of a eastern baseball participant who used to pitch for the Dodgers (Nomo), yet what does he would desire to do with rap? i don't make any attempt to hearken to rap (not my type) yet being the place i'm, I hear it plenty. And right here is why i don't like it: a million) an incredibly uncomplicated be conscious in rap is the right comparable be conscious that have been given Imus fired. 2) opposite to your perception, maximum rap is approximately intercourse and medicines and stuff like that. 50 cent's "candy save" is a 4 a million/2 minute metaphor for oral intercourse. uncomplicated as that. 3) Rappers stay like barbarians. They even kill one yet another. (choose evidence? One be conscious. 2PAC!) dying Row information? Are you severe? 4) the upward thrust in popularity of rap/hiphop is immediately correlated with the upward thrust in juvenile delinquency, gang interest, and teen being pregnant, and the decline in tutorial fulfillment. (whilst i replaced into in extreme college, no one wrote stuff like "dont bypass takin bout da entire hip hop culute cuz u aint particular n u aint notin to be takin bout it like dat".) I relax my case.

Yeah, I don't like it, either. I like the old stuff, like 1995 and before, but not the newer stuff.
