No, it would be considered a tragedy.

Some consider it a dynasty with two members, but I think that would be in the eyes of the beholder.

There have been a few previous examples where more than one member of a particular family have served as president.

The first example of a father-son duo was John Adams and John Quincy Adams. The two Presidents Harrison were related. So were the two Presidents Roosevelt.

The likeliest members of the Bush family to run for president would be Jeb, George P., or one of the daughters, quite a few years from now.

Because of all the negativity associated with George W. Bush, it's not likely any member of the family will run for several years. If history judges Bush a good president it would become a more positive scenario, but I don't think Jeb is that likely to run, and he will have aged quite a bit in that time frame.

I would not consider it a dynasty as I understand dynasties to work. Hopefully we can get through the next election without electing either a Bush or a Clinton.

but if u think about it
the people are the ones who elects the president
not the people...lets say who runs the gov.
