I liked it both times i went. The triple prime burger is very good.. and the strawberry lemonade is AMAZING...

Ain't too bad. I like the salad bar and the tiny burgers. However, I got DUPED into buying that fancy triple prime $10 hamburger and it was very disappointing. It wasn't much different than any other frozen puck of meat. Hardees thickburgers are far superior to that waste of 10 bux. That hasn't stopped me from eating there though.

Love it. Me and my wife go all the time. We always get great service, much better than any of the other chain restaurants around here (NJ). And a good selection of burgers.

Both times that we have tried it, service has been great and food has been awesome. . Love the Salad Bar.

Wasn't impressed with their menu or food. The commercials make the food look so much better than it is. Big disappointment.

I love that place, I go there all the time. .
and now one of my family members works there, so it makes the visit even more fun.
I always get their boneless buffalo chicken strips, in the mild sauce.
They're soo good! And their bleu cheese is THE BEST.

I did but not anymore...i heard on the news someone found a rat in the salad bar...my mom found a fly in her food...and my steak was raw and not just a little raw it was all raw!

not really, the fries are dry and not very good, they over do the spices on them, the hamburgers are not too bad, but not too good either (too much goop).. at least at the ruby here

Yes I love there salad bar because it has fresh stuff on it. And there triple prime burger is to die for.

I'm not really that big on chain restaurants. I'd prefer to eat at a smaller independent place.
