how long would my figure 8 puffers last with out food? please answer!!

A healthy fish kept in ideal water chemistry can survive for a month at the most without it’s owner adding food. Of course this all depends on the metabolism, age, diet and species of the fish and the abundance of macro-organisms within your tank.

Most fish will be comfortable for about 2 weeks in a well established tank without food, however, in this day and age there's really no need for this to happen as you can buy automatic feeders from the stores, here in the U.K. and all dancing all singing version will cost you about £29 so just over 50usd's, seen as your usually cheaper than us im sure it wont cost you that much to find one.
