o.k. in spanish for the other woman u say sancha like a mistress so what do u call a sancho the other man

Don't know about spanish but I live in America and I've heard them called gigolos.This is a man supported by someone that is not his wife. If this is what you mean.

I think maybe a concubine. A mistress is someone you sleep with instead of your wife, a concubine is someone you sleep with in addition to your wife.
