Some places are hella ghetto like white center, parts of Kent and Seatac, but others are nice like Enumclaw, North Bend, Issaquah.

King County is big. Seattle is in King country. Like most major cities, there are some "ghetto" areas.

King County is a large area. It mostly covers the general "Seattle area", Seattle and the outlying cities of the major metropolitan area. Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Renton, Kirkland, Shoreline, Bothell, Woodinville, Burien, and other cities are all encompassed by the "King County" name. There are neighborhoods that fill a lot of descriptions. There aren't any really bad ghettos, but there are definitely poorer areas that you might describe as "ghetto", depending, but I don't know what you've seen or where you've been. There's a lot of really nice luxurious neighborhoods full of mansions, there's government housing complexes, there's middle class families living in little ramblers, there's trailer parks, there's trailer parks with Benz's parked outside them, there's apartment complexes the size of multiple city blocks, there's Chinatown(s), there's neighborhoods that are really high in Polynesians, high in Indians, high in ... Basically, there's all kinds of areas within King County and you can't really describe it all as one type of area.

There is no King County Seattle . . . Seattle is in King county.
And it is WET!

I spent 4 years in Renton (a suburb of Seattle) and I liked it there, after I got used to all the rain. The traffic was a little much, but after you figure out all the less traveled routes, its not so bad.

That's a pretty broad question. It all depends on where you go. There are definitely some ghetto areas but there are also some very rich areas. There are also some generally nice and beautiful areas worth taking the family to.
