The other answer was/is wrong. Fox no longer shows them. They haven't for a few years. Now the only channels that you can watch Power Rangers on are ABC and Toon Disney. ABC only shows the new season whereas Toon Disney will show pretty much every season but sadly not every episode. They only have so many episodes for certain seasons.
The best option is to use tvguide.com to see what episode will be airing on Toon Disney. Here's what to search for.

Power Rangers S.P.D.
Power Rangers Mystic Force
Power Rangers Operation Overdrive
Power Rangers Generations is what you'll be looking for if you want to watch original episodes from like 10 or so years ago - though.
